Hypothyroidsim is a condition that the body doesn't make enough thyroid hormones.
This deficiency of thyroid hormones can disrupt such things as heart rate, body temperature and all aspects of metabolism. Major symptoms include fatigue, cold sensitivity, constipation, dry skin and unexplained weight gain. Please note; hypothyroidism requires a medical diagnosis. Once diagnosed by your PCP, Primary Care Physician, you may be put on a medications to treat this condition.
