CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FIGHTCAMP
Work off some stress and get fit in this fun and supportive group kickboxing class. Gloves required.

BOOTCAMP
In this 45 minute high intensity interval training you get to play with battle ropes, bungees, TRX, and much more. Be ready to move, be ready to sweat.

CIRCUIT BREAKER 
This calorie blasting 30 minute workout is perfect for all levels of fitness. You will run through a circuit of 10 to 11 exercises using hand weights or bodyweight. Circuits will vary between, full body, just biceps and triceps, back and chest or just legs.
DRENCHED
You will leave drenched in this full body strength and conditioning, 45 minute class. The class is divided up into 3 circuits: legs, back and chest, biceps and triceps. Each circuit has 5 exercises each and we run through them 3 times before moving onto the next circuit. 
BOOTY UP
It's all about the "booty" in this 30 minute class!

 
HARD "CORE" 
In this 30 minute class we focus on the core.
