Are there family plans?
No, memberships are sold on an individual basis. Family members do get 15% off after one person pays in full.
*There is no extra 15% discount to membership specials*
What do we offer for discounts?
Students: 15% *Must present a valid I.D.*, Senior citizens: (ages 65 and older) 15%, Teachers: 15%, Military (or any branch): 15%, Police, Fire, Dept of Corrections, & Chamber of Commerce: 15%, Corporate discounts (Nypro)
Can members make more than one payment on a membership?
Normally if they want to split up their membership costs you would look into the EFT program, which is when you are billed monthly by a third party as opposed to paying the whole cost of the membership right away.
Can someone be reimbursed if they haven’t used all of their membership?
No. There are no reimbursements.
What does E.F.T. stand for?
Electronic Funds Transfer
What does that mean?
It means that we do not do our own electronic billing. We have a third party billing company called (Twin Oaks) that will be electronically withdrawing a member’s membership dues from their checking account, savings account, or credit card every month
What day does the billing company bill on?
The 15th of every month
Can you pick your own bill date?
NO. It is only done on the 15th of every month
Is there a contract?
Currently there is no contract. But keep in mind that we do ask that you plan to enroll for at least 3 months. Just because it can take up to a month to get you set up into the billing cycle, then it can take up to a month to take you out of the billing cycle if you chose to end your membership
Is someone available to help me if I have never been to a gym before?
Yes you can schedule an appointment for an introduction to the machines
