Group Fitness Policy

*Spin Class Only* Participants must call the day before a spin class  to reserve a spin bike and check in at the front desk the day of the class

*Spin Class Only* Participants must arrive a minimum of  5 minutes early for class for instruction on proper bike setup or else their bike will be given up to the next person waiting

*Spin Class Only* Please call if you are unable to attend class and have signed up for it.

For all other classes participants must sign-in for the class in the "class sign-in" book upon arrival

Participants MUST change their shoes upon entrance into the gym
