Have you tried our TRX program yet?!
TRX is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity, to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries.
Now offering classes:
Mondays: 5:30am, 12:00pm, 5:30pm
Wednesdays: 12:00pm, 5:30pm
Thursday: 5:30am
Additional class times will increase according to demand

This program focuses on all aspects of fitness for children. Strength, speed, endurance, agility, balance & hand eye coordination are just a few of the things that your child will learn to develop with consistency. Obstacle courses, drills & relay races not only make fitness fun but help the participants build confidence & motor skills while teaching them to work effectively with others.
Class Schedule
Tuesday: 3:30pm - ages 4-5, 4:30pm - ages 6-8, 5:30pm ages 9-15
Thursday: 3:30pm - ages 6-8, 4:30pm ages 4-5, 5:30pm ages 9-15
Cost: $99 for 1 class a week for 8 weeks
$193 for 2 classes a week for 8 weeks
(10% off additional children)

*Don't forget we also have Childwatch available on Mondays, Weds, & Fridays 5pm-8pm!
